About the Opportunity

We are a leading NHS Foundation Trust, recognized for our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior management team in their daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Directors/ Senior leaders in the Divisional team
  • Taking minutes at meetings and transcribing notes in a timely manner
  • Arranging venues, invites, preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, reports and associated papers
  • Ensuring follow up actions are dealt with and tracked through to conclusion
  • Organizing travel arrangements and managing the daily diaries of the Directors

Requirements

  • Good general education (GSE+CSE English and Maths A-C)
  • RSA/OCR level II or equivalent
  • Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in a clerical environment
  • Experience of working as a secretary/personal assistant, dealing with the public/customer service experience, working with MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), using IT systems, and working in a busy environment
