As Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. You'll use your excellent communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service that exceeds our guests' expectations. Your role will involve mentoring and guiding your team to achieve their full potential, while also leading by example and embodying the values of Miller & Carter.
