Client Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Client Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all accounting, tax, and advisory services are delivered to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all accounting, tax, and advisory services are delivered to a high standard
* Lead and mentor a team of junior and senior staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop professionally
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
* Review financial statements, tax returns, and other key deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with UK regulations
* Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the firm's growth strategy
* Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality of service

**Candidate Requirements**

* ACA or ACCA qualified, with substantial experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
* Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver high-quality audit services
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring junior staff
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* In-depth knowledge of UK audit regulations and standards
