Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, United Kingdom Turning Point Full time

Luton-based healthcare providers are seeking experienced therapists to join their Talking Therapies service. Total Wellbeing Luton combines healthy lifestyles and emotional health programmes, providing person-centred, holistic and accessible wellbeing services to local communities.

The service focuses on tackling inequalities in health through promoting healthier behaviours and lifestyles in the context of local communities. In addition to talking therapies, the service offers healthy lifestyle programmes, including health checks, exercise on referral, social prescription, weight management and support with physical activity for people with long-term health conditions.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist to work closely with our clinical team to maintain our high standards and contribute to developing the service further.

As a member of the team, you will benefit from flexible working hours and a total reward package that includes 32 days' paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service up to 34 days, plus the option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost.

Role Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must hold a Postgraduate diploma in HICBT (IAPT) qualification and have BABCP accreditation or be eligible and working towards this. Additionally, you'll need to have a proven ability to develop good therapeutic relationships with clients and working relationships with your colleagues.
