We are recruiting for a qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our Talking Therapies service in Luton. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing person-centred, holistic and accessible wellbeing services to local communities.

Total Wellbeing Luton is an integrated service combining healthy lifestyles and emotional health programmes, with a focus on tackling inequalities in health through promoting healthier behaviours and lifestyles in the context of local communities.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with our clinical team to maintain our high standards and contribute to developing the service further. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be at the service 2/3 days per week, offering flexible working hours to promote a positive work-life balance for our staff.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a total reward package that includes 32 days' paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service up to 34 days, plus the option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost.

You will also receive a one-off £120 joining bonus - T&C's apply. We prioritise staff wellbeing and are based at Active Luton gyms and community centres, which all staff can access and use freely.
