Total Wellbeing Luton is an integrated service combining healthy lifestyles and emotional health programmes. This role will enable you to join a high-intensity team of therapists providing person-centred, holistic and accessible wellbeing services to local people.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, which reflects the level of expertise required for this role. As a High Intensity CBT Therapist, you will be working closely with our clinical team to maintain our high standard and help us develop it further.

Job Responsibilities

You will need to hold a qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Postgraduate diploma in HICBT (IAPT) qualification) and have BABCP accreditation or be eligible and working towards this. You'll also have a proven ability to develop good therapeutic relationships with clients and working relationships with your colleagues.

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be at the service 2/3 days per week, offering flexible working hours to promote a positive work-life balance for our staff. The service operates across various days and hours, including Saturdays and evening work, to support our clients when they need it most.

About Us

We prioritise staff wellbeing and are based at Active Luton gyms and community centres, which all staff can access and use freely. Our total reward package includes 32 days' paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service up to 34 days, plus the option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost.
