Technical Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Development Specialist to join our team in Pendula, a leading Australian scale-up and SaaS software business. As a key member of our sales and GTM team, you will drive technical discussions and implementations to generate new business, expand existing business, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Drive technical sales conversations with prospects and customers to understand their needs and showcase the value of Pendula's solutions.
- Develop and present tailored presentations and demonstrations to technical specialists and executive decision-makers.
- Work closely with our account teams to advise on technical best practices, implementation of Pendula's products and features, and strategic guidance on customer engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will have 2+ years of experience working with marketing automation, integration platforms, communication platforms, CRM, and/or CDP technologies. Experience working with enterprise customers in the UK & EMEA martech industry is also preferred. You will possess strong project management, relationship-building, and EQ skills, as well as an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
