Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Totum Partners. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide exceptional support to our Senior Management Team and contribute to the smooth operation of our Legal, Risk, and Compliance function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to members of the Senior Management Team, including diary management, meeting organization, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, including commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Compliance and Risk: Assist with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements, audit preparation, and compliance resource library management.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Senior Management Team and other departments.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar PA/Administrative Assistant role within a regulated environment.
  • Skills: Highly organized with excellent planning skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
