You'll be confident in your ability to communicate complex information effectively, working with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored fitness plans to help them reach their goals. Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions and consultations to clients
  • Carry out inductions, personal best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development
