Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team at Blom and Blom in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development through safe, stimulating child-centred learning and play.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Educator to deliver activities that support and extend children's learning and development outcomes. You will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and recording children's progress, as well as planning and delivering next steps to support their development.


Requirements
  • A Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioners qualification is required.
  • You should have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • You must have knowledge of planning, observing, and record-keeping procedures.
  • A good grasp of safeguarding procedures is essential.
