About the Job

We are seeking an Urban Development Specialist to join our team in Kent. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning or a related field and some experience in planning, preferably in a design or architectural context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications and related documentation.
  • Conduct site appraisals and research planning policies.
  • Liaise with local authorities, clients, and contractors.
  • Support the senior team in managing planning processes for various architectural projects.

Requirements

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline accredited by the RTPI.
  • Relevant experience in planning, preferably in a design or architectural context.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • An interest in working on projects focused on traditional architecture and local materials.
