Asset Management Director

Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional and aligned with our brand values.
- Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Oversee the visual merchandising and sales floor layout to drive sales and engagement.
- Store & Stockroom Operations: Manage inventory, stockroom organization, and receive/stock procedures to maintain efficiency.
- Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Coordinate staffing levels, scheduling, and payroll processing to meet business needs.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Communication: Foster open communication among teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
- Asset Protection: Implement security measures to protect company assets and prevent loss.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
