Job Overview: As a key member of the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. team, we are seeking an experienced Asset Management Director to lead our retail operations. This role is responsible for merging business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Key responsibilities include customer experience, store presentation, sales floor supervision, and staffing management. Additional duties include training and development, communication, and asset protection.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional and aligned with our brand values.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Oversee the visual merchandising and sales floor layout to drive sales and engagement.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: Manage inventory, stockroom organization, and receive/stock procedures to maintain efficiency.
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Coordinate staffing levels, scheduling, and payroll processing to meet business needs.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Communication: Foster open communication among teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Asset Protection: Implement security measures to protect company assets and prevent loss.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
