Padel Co-ordinator Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Padel Co-ordinator to lead the successful development and management of our Padel programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our Padel offering meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Padel Programme Development: Coordinate a world-class Padel programme, ensuring our courts are optimised for private coaching, inclusive classes, and member bookings.
  • Event Management: Deliver key Padel events, workshops, and experiences that exceed member expectations.
  • Community Building: Foster a positive and inclusive Padel community, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Padel offerings into wider club wellness programmes and initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of Padel classes and programmes, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Safeguarding: Ensure compliance with our Safeguarding Children & Vulnerable Adults Policy and report any concerns through the correct channels.
  • Coaching: Provide coaching to our members and develop a working relationship with the LTA and other professional associations.
  • Team Supervision: Provide supervision to the Padel team, ensuring they are inspired to achieve high standards of member service, safety, and brand standards.
  • Commercial Success: Support the Racquets Manager to run a commercially successful Padel product, leading to positive KPI results.
  • Team Engagement: Facilitate team engagement through team member classes and training.
Requirements:
  • Accreditation: Hold accreditation from a reputable Padel certification, qualification, and accreditation recognised within the UK.
  • Experience: Proven ability to develop and implement successful Padel programmes and previous experience in coordinating self-employed coaches.
  • Skills: Excellent people skills, a passion for training, coaching, and developing coaches, and previous experience of dealing with complaints politely and efficiently.
  • Administration: Excellent administration and organisation skills and proficiency in using a computer.
  • Flexibility: A flexible attitude to working patterns, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
