Early Years Leader Role Overview

At Ultimate Activity Camps, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Leader to join our team. As an Early Years Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Early Years programme, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our 4- and 5-year-old campers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-quality Early Years programme, meeting all EYFS requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sports, arts & crafts, and games activities for our youngest campers.
  • Direct and support a team of Early Years staff, ensuring excellent childcare is provided at all times.
  • Ensure Ofsted requirements are met, and liaise with parents and guardians as needed.
  • Manage administrative duties, such as sign-in/out and registration.

Requirements

  • Educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education, with significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to lead a group of children.
  • Good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and its application in a camp setting.
  • A pro-active and conscientious team player, able to adapt to dynamic situations.
