Nursery Opportunity

Bright Horizons Poppetts Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging activities to promote child development and key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Contribute to a positive, happy, and safe environment.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
