About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Education Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Poppett's Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Early Years professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or similar.
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding policies.
