Senior Room Leader Opportunity at Tiny Treasures Day Nursery

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Room Leader to join our team at Tiny Treasures Day Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children in their early years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of dedicated educators to provide exceptional care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
  • Manage daily routines, ensuring that all children receive appropriate care and attention.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early years education.
  • Collaborate with other educators to develop a cohesive curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
  • Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written.
  • A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education.
  • A relevant Childcare Qualification.
