Job Title: Outdoor Activity Programme Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Activity Programme Manager to lead our Ultimate Survival programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a variety of bushcraft and outdoor activities, managing a team of instructors, and ensuring the welfare and safety of children on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver activities for children aged 7-14, focusing on participation, skill development, and enjoyment.
  • Directly manage a team of staff to ensure they deliver quality care and activities.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures on camp are adhered to, including health and safety and safeguarding procedures.
  • Liaise with Head Office and host schools to ensure the smooth running of camp.
  • Manage administrative duties, including sign-in and sign-out procedures, registration, and staff rotas.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outdoor education, with a focus on bushcraft and working with children.
  • Natural leadership skills and management experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Ultimate Survival activities.
