Mobile Catering Unit Manager Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable leader to join our team as a Mobile Catering Unit Manager. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing a busy kitchen, producing delicious food from fresh ingredients for our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide vital support to our kitchen teams, working term time, during school hours. You will travel to various schools to run a kitchen, adapting quickly to each new environment and team.

We are looking for a natural leader with experience of managing a team, who can work at pace and motivate the team to follow high quality standards and provide exceptional service. Experience of working in a similar catering environment is essential, and we will provide full training and ongoing professional development to ensure your success.
