Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and personable Mobile Catering Unit Manager to join our team. As a Mobile Catering Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality food to our customers
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Develop and implement menus to meet the needs of our customers
  • Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a team in a catering environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to develop and implement menus to meet the needs of our customers
