Hours per week: 25.00 - Monday to Friday

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and personable Mobile Catering Unit Manager to join our team. As a Mobile Catering Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the catering service
  • Plan and prepare menus to meet the nutritional needs of children
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a team in a catering environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
