About the Role:We are seeking a highly organised and personable Mobile Catering Unit Manager to join our team. As a Mobile Catering Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of catering staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile catering units.
You will be required to travel to various schools in the area to run a busy kitchen producing delicious food from fresh ingredients for our customers. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to different environments and teams.
We are looking for someone with experience of managing a team and who is able to work at pace. You will need to be able to motivate your team to follow high quality standards and provide exceptional service.
