Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage bi-weekly multi-currency payment runs, ensuring timely and secure transactions.
  • Update supplier address and banking information to maintain seamless communication.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Regularly review open payments reports to identify proforma payments and request tax invoices where necessary.
  • Monitor returns to vendors, requesting credit notes where required to prevent debt accumulation.
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team. The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable roles, with a strong focus on credit management.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
