Accounting Officer Credit Management Specialist

At Investigo, we are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Officer Credit Management to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management and credit control principles, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process supplier queries, stock invoices, and goods received.
- Reconcile supplier statements and ensure accurate payment runs.
- Collaborate with non-finance colleagues to resolve queries and improve communication.
- Review and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations.
- Update supplier address and banking information to ensure smooth transactions.
- Resolve queries by telephone and email, and provide excellent customer service.
- Weekly review of aged creditors to identify invoices that require payment.
- Review open payments to identify payments, where goods have been received and tax invoices are required.
- Regular review of returns to vendor, requesting credit notes where necessary, not allowing the debt to get too old.
- 2-3 Years experience within Accounts Payable
- Strong Excel skills
