Key Responsibilities- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage bi-weekly multi-currency payment runs, ensuring timely and secure transactions.
- Update supplier address and banking information to maintain seamless communication.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Regularly review open payments reports to identify proforma payments and request credit notes where necessary.
- Monitor returns to vendors and request credit notes to prevent debt accumulation.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable roles with a focus on credit management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with accounting software to streamline processes.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders.
- A competitive salary in the range of £30,000 - £32,000.
