Job Title: Policy Leaders Fellowship Programme Manager

CSaP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead the Policy Leaders Fellowship Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the programme's operations, including recruitment, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role

The Policy Leaders Fellowship Programme is a prestigious programme that brings together senior policy professionals and academics to discuss pressing policy challenges. The programme is hosted by the Cambridge Judge Business School and is supported by the Royal Society.

The Programme Manager will work closely with the Senior Management Team to further the Centre's organisational development and wider objectives. The role will involve leading operational delivery of events for high-level supporters, developing income streams for CSaP, and ensuring the programme is delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment of new Fellows and the organisation and delivery of high-profile roundtable and one-to-one discussions with relevant academics.
  • Work alongside CSaP's Senior Management Team to further the Centre's organisational development and wider objectives.
  • Lead operational delivery of events for high-level supporters, including the Dowling Policy Fellowship.
  • Develop income streams for CSaP and ensure the Policy Leaders Fellowship and supporter programmes are delivered to a high standard.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a first degree in a relevant field and experience of working at a senior level in an administrative setting. They will have excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to comprehend complex information about research across all academic disciplines.

The role requires flexible and proactive working methods, excellent project management, organisational, and administrative skills. The Programme Manager will be a team player with a high level of attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
