The Centre for Science and Policy (CSaP) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead the Policy Leaders Fellowship Programme. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Policy Leaders Fellowship Programme, including recruitment, organisation, and delivery of high-profile discussions with academics and experts.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to further the Centre's organisational development and wider objectives.
  • Lead operational delivery of events for high-level supporters, including the Dowling Policy Fellowship.
  • Develop and monitor income streams for CSaP, ensuring the Policy Leaders Fellowship and supporter programmes are delivered to a high standard.
Requirements
  • First degree level or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Familiarity with the University research environment and experience working at a senior level in an administrative setting.
  • Strategic planning and operational delivery experience, with a high level of attention to detail and proven team player skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism in interactions with demanding stakeholders.
  • Flexible and proactive working methods, with the ability to comprehend complex information about research across all academic disciplines.
