About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our ESOL Programme, driving strategic programme development and implementation. As Head of Programme, you will be responsible for overseeing the programme team and budget, developing and implementing programme strategies, and collaborating with the Head of Training and Resources on the EAL Programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our ESOL Programme and bring meaningful change in ESOL delivery. You will work closely with a dedicated team, including the Director, Communications staff, the Strategic Education Advisor, and external experts, to support the Foundation's external policy and influencing work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the ESOL Programme strategy
  • Oversee the programme team and budget
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Head of Training and Resources on the EAL Programme
  • Work closely with the Director, Communications staff, the Strategic Education Advisor, and external experts to support the Foundation's external policy and influencing work
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme management and leadership
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Experience of working in a charity or not-for-profit organisation
