Job Title: Policy Leaders Fellowship Programme Manager

The Centre for Science and Policy (CSaP) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead the Policy Leaders Fellowship Programme. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of policy and academia, brokering interactions between policy professionals and experts from various disciplines.

CSaP is a leading centre for policy and science engagement, hosted by the Cambridge Judge Business School. We leverage the power of academia to drive real-world impact, transforming individuals, organisations, and society. Our mission is to foster a culture of evidence-based policy making, informed by the latest research and expertise.

About the Role

The Programme Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Policy Leaders Fellowship Programme, including recruitment, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement. This will involve working closely with the Senior Management Team to further the Centre's organisational development and wider objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for new Fellows
  • Organise and deliver high-profile roundtable and one-to-one discussions with relevant academics
  • Work with the Executive Director and other staff to monitor and develop income streams for CSaP
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase income and programme impact
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programme delivery meets their needs and expectations
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and policy development. The ideal candidate will have a first degree in a relevant field and experience working in a senior administrative role. Excellent interpersonal and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be based at the Cambridge Judge Business School and will be required to work closely with the Senior Management Team and other stakeholders.
