Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team at Pertemps TM. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support to our clients in the air conditioning and mechanical services industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling of planned maintenance contracts, booking and deploying jobs to engineers, and communicating with customers to ensure work is carried out in a timely and compliant manner.
Main Duties:
- Planning and scheduling of planned maintenance contracts
- Booking, planning and deploying jobs to engineers
- Raising customer quotations
- Answering customer queries
- Raising purchase orders
- Ensuring accurate input of customer records on the company's CRM system
- Maintaining accurate records of customer asset portfolio
- General administrative duties
