As a Service Administrator with Pertemps TM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service office in West Horndon, Essex. This full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08H00 to 17H00, requires strong organisational and communication skills to work collaboratively with customers, colleagues and external service providers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effective planning, scheduling, administration and communication with customers to enable work to be carried out by our in-house engineers and subcontractors in a timely and compliant manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling of planned maintenance contracts
  • Booking, planning and deploying jobs to engineers
  • Raising customer quotations
  • Answering customer queries
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Ensuring accurate input of customer records on the companies CRM system
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer asset portfolio
  • General administrative duties
