Compassionate Healthcare Support Worker

We are recruiting a compassionate and proactive Homecare Assistant to provide high-quality care for clients with complex needs.
About the Role:- Support clients with cerebral palsy, non-invasive ventilation, moving and handling, oral suctioning, epilepsy, and personal care in their own homes.
- Build relationships with family members and ensure seamless care transitions.
- Use complex care equipment and perform procedures efficiently and safely.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments outside of the home.
- Ensure care plans are followed and any changes are escalated to clinical leads promptly.
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on experience.
