About Nurseplus UK Ltd
We offer a range of temporary care staff to support clients with diverse needs, including learning difficulties, complex care requirements, mental health needs, dementia, and older adult support.
As a Homecare Worker, you will provide holistic support to promote your client's well-being and quality of life. Tasks may include companionship, medication administration, nutritional assistance, and personal care in the client's home. You will follow individualized care plans.
What We Offer:- Flexible shifts for full or part-time schedules, including days, nights, and weekends
- Minimum 2-hour call length
- A competitive hourly rate from £13.17, paid weekly
- Ongoing training aligned with industry standards
- Development opportunities through in-house courses and funded qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 and 3
- Annual pay increases
- Eligibility for a Blue Light card offering discounts online and on the high street
- A refer-a-friend bonus of £250
- Age 18 or above
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving license (travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile)
- Good standard of English and effective communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (refundable after a set period of work, £45 application fee)
