Salary and BenefitsThe attractive salary for this role is estimated at £65,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity as a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner will see you play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our sales and marketing operations. You will be working closely with the Sales Controller, brand marketing team, and other core KP brands to drive growth and commercial success.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering period performance reviews, leading commercial decision support for sales accounts, pricing architecture, forecasting, and being the finance lead for some of the tastiest snack brands in the UK.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years minimum post-qualification experience including a commercial facing finance role (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
- Demonstrable success in commercial finance roles
- Line Management experience desirable
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong communicator and able to develop strong relationships and partnerships
- Commercial acumen and interpretation of market data, sales metrics, and performance indicators
