Business Intelligence Manager

**About the Role**

James Andrews Technology is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Manager to drive the organization's data-driven journey. As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in developing new tools and systems to facilitate analysis and improve understanding.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement data models and dashboards using Power BI to support strategic decision-making
* Lead the Business Intelligence team, collaborating with Digital Services and external partners to drive data governance and user responsibilities
* Provide specialist advice on datasets, analysis, research, and reporting to stakeholders
* Deliver robust and accessible analysis to guide strategic decision-making

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence
* Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualization techniques
* Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data to various audiences
* Experience in managing sensitive and confidential data
