Business Intelligence Manager – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract - £50,000 TO £55,000 – Great Benefits Pack

This is a brand new post and will include:

  • Manage a team of 2 x Business Intelligence Officers.
  • Analysing both Customer Facing & Internal Processes to look for ways of improvement for the business.
  • Develop new tools and systems to facilitate analysis.
  • Complete understanding of Business Intelligence to shape & create the department.
  • Provide Specialist Advice and Guidance on datasets and sources, analysis, research and reporting to users of Data and Intelligence.
  • Ability to interpret analysis and advise.

    About the Role:

    This exciting opportunity is a chance to join the Wise Employment Group as a Business Intelligence Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Business Intelligence Officers and driving business improvement through data analysis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of Business Intelligence Officers to deliver high-quality data insights and analysis.
    • Develop and implement new tools and systems to facilitate data analysis and reporting.
    • Provide specialist advice and guidance on data analysis, research, and reporting to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement through data-driven decision making.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in business intelligence and data analysis.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
