Business Intelligence Manager

**About the Role**

James Andrews Technology is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Manager to drive the organization's journey towards becoming data and insight-led. This critical role will improve outcomes by developing new tools and systems to facilitate analysis and understanding.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement data models and dashboards using Power BI to support strategic decision-making
* Lead the Business Intelligence team, collaborating with Digital Services and external partners to provide specialist advice on datasets, analysis, research, and reporting
* Manage data governance and user responsibilities throughout the organization
* Design and create data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to various audiences

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence
* Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualization techniques
* Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to various stakeholders
