Business Intelligence Manager

**About the Role**

James Andrews Technology is seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to drive the organisation's journey towards becoming data and insight-led. This critical role will improve outcomes by developing new tools and systems to facilitate analysis and understanding.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement data models and dashboards using Power BI to support strategic decision-making
* Lead the Business Intelligence team, collaborating with Digital Services and external partners to provide specialist advice on datasets, analysis, research, and reporting
* Manage data governance and user responsibilities throughout the organisation
* Design and create data visualisation tools to present complex data to various audiences

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence
* Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualisation techniques
* Excellent communication skills to present data insights to stakeholders
