SEN Teaching and Learning Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team at Smile Education Recruitment. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs in a primary school setting.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs in mainstream lessons.
- Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other support strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Promote inclusion and ensure all students have equal access to learning opportunities and resources.
**Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, preferably in a school setting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- A valid DBS registered to the update service or willingness to obtain one.
**Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
