Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Austin Fraser. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in financial administration and analysis.
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to the Commercial Finance operation, including data manipulation and management, report production, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop a thorough understanding of the business and its internal finance reporting systems and methodologies.
- To apply business understanding to improve operational performance through the production of meaningful and accurate information and reports.
- To assist Commercial Finance Leads in supporting various business faculties, identifying and highlighting performance improvement areas such as efficient use of resources, working capital management, and profitability on jobs.
- To undertake research, review, and analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and sustainable profitable growth.
- To build excellent working relationships, particularly with other members of the Commercial Finance team.
- To undertake specific related projects as agreed.
Requirements:
- GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
- Proficient in computer use with an aptitude for MS Excel.
