About the Role:

Agility Resourcing is seeking an experienced Financial Assistant and Administrator to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will assist in preparing monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fixed Assets: Accurate recording and reporting of fixed assets
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Timely reconciliation of balance sheets
  • Staff Expenses: Efficient management of staff expenses
  • Stock Standard Costing: Calculation and reporting of stock standard costs
  • Sales & Margin Reporting: Preparation of sales and margin reports
  • Cash Flow Reporting: Analysis and presentation of cash flow reports
  • Stock Reporting: Accurate recording and reporting of stock levels
  • Petty Cash Management: Effective management of petty cash
