Job Title: Financial Data Administrator

Carmichael UK seeks a skilled Financial Data Administrator to join their team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist with payroll processing, financial data management, and administration tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with uploading timesheets/hours onto Oracle R12 & Replicon software.
  2. Ensure allocation sheets are submitted and received by all JV blue-collar workers on time to issue accurate cost allocations and adjustments.
  3. Reconcile weekly hours worked/paid.
  4. Follow up on missing supervisor approvals.
  5. Verify correct booking codes are applied on allocation sheets.
  6. Upload timesheets/hours onto Replicon software for 200+ employees.
  7. Maintain absence/sickness/holiday records.
  8. Cross-reference allocation sheets with security gate clocking machine reports.
  9. Process staff monthly overtime sheets.
Requirements:
  1. A highly motivated, proactive, and practical administrator.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  4. A honest, reliable, and professional individual.
  5. The ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
  6. Organized with excellent timekeeping skills.
  7. Proficient in computer systems.

BPSS clearance and a P4 pass are essential for this role.

Estimated Salary: £33,500 per annum based on industry standards and location.
