About the Job
This Sales Administrator role involves working with our client's main dealership in Preston, supporting their sales team and managing stock records. The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
* Manage stock records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness;
* Process vehicle invoices and ensure timely completion of vehicle delivery documentation;
* Liaise with manufacturers regarding stock and financial data;
* Provide management information and support to the sales team;

Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in the motor trade as a Sales Administrator;
- Strong administration skills, including data entry and record-keeping;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
