About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Workshop Controller to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our workshop, managing resources effectively, and driving efficiency improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure. A relevant qualification in a field such as automotive engineering or management would be highly desirable.
