As a key member of the team, you will be working closely with experienced professionals to deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Supporting the team with reporting and other administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborating with Financial Planners to arrange and prepare for client meetings.
- Maintaining the accuracy of client records and data entry.
- A background in the Financial Advisory sector is essential for this role, requiring a strong understanding of the organization's operations and processes.
- Familiarity with financial procedures and software is also necessary.
- The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £27,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including:
