Event Administrator Job Description

As an integral part of our team, you will support the organization of events ranging from weddings and private parties to corporate events and pop-up restaurants. Based in a beautiful rural location, this permanent, full-time role offers a salary of between £26,000 to £28,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event planning administration, including dealing with new enquiries, bookings, and communications.
  • Support the Events team with administration tasks, ensuring consistent quality of customer care and prioritization.
  • Ensure all events admin is planned and delivered to company standards, including updating and maintaining the CRM database.
  • Liaise with departments to plan, administer, and deliver events, and support the management of client finances.
  • Proficiently use company platforms, including Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, and industry-specific software.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with bespoke CRM systems and online platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Own transport due to remote location.
