Key Responsibilities- Manage event planning administration, including dealing with new enquiries, bookings, and communications.
- Support the Events team with administration tasks, ensuring consistent quality of customer care and prioritization.
- Ensure all events admin is planned and delivered to company standards, maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM database.
- Liaise with departments to plan, administer, and deliver events, collaborating with the accounts team to adhere to financial procedures.
- Proficiently use company platforms, including Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, and industry-specific software.
- Participate in customer visits, events, and marketing activities, providing creative input and opportunities for growth and development.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in working with bespoke CRM systems and online platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and own transport due to remote location.
- Working Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-office activities, and extra day off for your birthday.
