Event Administrator Job Description

As an integral part of our innovative company, you will play a key support role in organizing events ranging from weddings and private parties to corporate events and pop-up restaurants. Based in a beautiful rural location, this permanent, full-time role offers a salary of between £26,000 to £28,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with new enquiries, new bookings, existing communications, and event planning administration
  • Supporting the Office Manager and Events team with varied administration activities
  • Managing administrative processes with attention to detail, ensuring consistent quality of customer care, prioritization, and time management
  • Ensuring all events admin is planned and delivered to company standard
  • Liaising with all departments for planning, administration, and delivery of events
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM database
  • Supporting the management of client finances, collaborating with the accounts team to adhere to all financial procedures
  • Proficiently using company platforms, including Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, and industry-specific software
  • Checking all final event paperwork, making adjustments if necessary for all supplies for upcoming events
Key Skills:
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in working with bespoke CRM systems and online platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Own transport due to remote location
