Event Administrator

As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional events, from weddings and private parties to corporate events and pop-up restaurants. Based in a beautiful rural location, this permanent, full-time role offers a salary of between £26,000 to £28,000, working onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event administration, including new enquiries, bookings, and communications
  • Support the Events team with administration tasks
  • Ensure administrative processes are carried out with attention to detail, prioritization, and time management
  • Liaise with departments to plan, administer, and deliver events
  • Update and maintain the CRM database
  • Support client finances, collaborating with the accounts team
  • Utilize company platforms, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
Requirements:
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with bespoke CRM systems and online platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Own transport due to remote location
