Our freelance community is at the heart of our business, and with events happening on a daily basis, there is a lot of coordination, administration, and customer service that is integral to making each event a success.
The Role
We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator to work closely with our Head of Talent and Project Management teams to coordinate the staffing requirements for each of our events. This includes liaising with our freelance community to obtain availability, confirm bookings, and provide them with detailed briefs for each event.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with freelance community to obtain availability and confirm bookings
- Provide detailed briefs for each event
- Work closely with Head of Talent and Project Management teams
- Coordinate staffing requirements for each event
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship building skills for both internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to see the importance of the finer details and administration that come with this role.
